A random idea popped into my head..

Imagine a spa where, among the usual services offered, someone could ask a massage therapist to detox and give their insides a nice massage. Their therapist lathering themselves in tasty oils and cleansing herbs, leaving them licking their lips for several minutes after their ‘food’ settles into their stomach. The client relaxing in a hot tub or a sauna, their swollen, churning gut being pampered and alleviated for hours before the therapist melts into mush.
